I would like to find some current artist who are good at classical guitar. I like artist such as Andre Segovia etc. but are there any guitarist these days you would rave about? I guess I will limit it to Baroque style, any suggestions?

Christopher Parkening is a protogee of Segovia’s and he’s one of the best classical gutarists around. I also like John Williams (not to be confused with the Hollywood composer) quite a bit.

Christopher Parkening is for my money the best there is. Lily Afshar is another good one and appears to be a bit of a rising star, though she doesn’t typically play Baroque.
