Which you have amply demonstrated is the case for you, at least. You appear utterly incapable of original thought, and also unable to handle your emotions. You regurgitate words you’ve heard from your superiors, and have no clue what to do when you get questions they didn’t prepare you for. Then, you get pissed off. That, of course is a natural human reaction - but one that you have been (falsely) taught is wrong, and that should be suppressed, so you oscillate between guilty snark and fake cheeriness, like some sort of low budget Catholic used car salesman. Your “religion” is demonstrably false. Well, all of them are, but yours particularly. You mistranslate the bible, and still can’t interpret it in a non-contradictory way, you fuck up every time you predict the end of the world, and you can’t even win an argument on the internet. ---

He defends himself by pointing to the doctrine (he just has no choice!) then defends the doctrine by claiming they are all individuals (how can you possibly say we’re all homophobes!) It probably works on some audiences. He’s certainly not the first religious person I’ve seen trying to spin that one. ---

No. Because no matter what good you and your cult may or may not do, you kill your children. That outweighs it all. And, it’s utterly wrong according to the bible you claim to follow. There are at least two parts in it where, even if you think you’ve been commanded to kill a child, even by _god himself_, it’s wrong to do it. One is Solomon commanding the women to fight over the baby, and the other is god commanding Abraham to sacrifice his son. And that’s evil old testament god as well. You don’t do it accidentally. You know it happens, and you support it. I’ve read the threads where you support the refusal of blood, and where you support shunning - or as we in the real world call it, bullying. At best, you may have never considered the consequences of your actions, and those of your cult leaders. Well, do so now. If it takes you longer than, say, 5 minutes to realise that they are unadulterated evil, then you are, as I said before, scum.
