Q: why is that cam so shaky? Store cameras are mounted to walls or ceilings. That video is shaking like a hand-held camcorder, even at its blurred edges. Is this a re enactment? Something about this video does not pass the smell test.

It’s a cellphone video of security camera playback on a monitor. Don’t ask me why.
