The name, however … For the Blackhawks, that would actually be very easy to solve – just change the logo to an [actual hawk](http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/chicago-blackhawks-logo-ghislain-picard-1.3305487?cmp=abfb). (Technically, they weren’t directly [named](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_Blackhawks_name_and_logo_controversy) for Blackhawk, but for the original owner’s military regiment from WWI) A First Nations artist came up with a really [badass logo](https://indiancountrymedianetwork.com/culture/sports/culturally-appropriate-chicago-blackhawks-logo-by-first-nations-artist-goes-viral/), too. ---
