# Clever iPod Engravings?

Apple now offers you the option of engraving your iPod with some witty saying, or your name, or whatever you want. I’m petitioning the whole family to chip in for at least part of an iPod for Christmas, and it’s never too early to start thinking about what it should say, right? Right?

Anyway, there aren’t a lot of pages on the web talking about witty things to say on the back of an iPod, so I thought I’d give the Teeming Thousands of Thousands a chance to come up with some. So, what funny or eloquent verbage would you put on the back of your iPod? Alternately, what would you like to see on my iPod? 😃

Rules - the iPod can only hold two lines of 27 characters each. Apple’s site aparently filters out some naughty words, but I would be up for getting the iPod engraved after-market if the verbage was funny enough.

Quick Examples:  
My other iPod is  
a Mini!

If found, call 703-555…  
oh, who am I kidding.

If I think of any others, I’ll come back. Have at it!

How about:

This has music your grandma  
listens to! Do not steal!  
I didn’t count the characters but you could always rearrange if it goes over. If it were mine I would just put my phone number and something about a reward.
