No comedian ever worked a better room, they were eager to laugh, even desperate. He literally couldn’t fail. Biden jokes? Jokes about Obama wanting to try terrorists in New York? What? The complex references of getting the audience to understand that Phantom Obama had just said “Go fuck yourself”?

I didn’t think I could miss Bill Hicks more than I already did.
