I feel it’s my civic duty to watch this, but the ‘every man’ anecdotal straw men that are peppered in every response from both candidates make it difficult. ---

Hillary changed the subject, take a drive by shot at Bush for applause, and got back on the “experience” message. She knows she’s lost the “plagiarism” fight. I think she would have apologized for it and said she regretted ever bringing it up. ---

So why do I keep reading that Hillary does better in debates? I’ve only seen two (and the first included Edwards and Richardson), but Obama has clearly been better than Hillary in both (though I thought purely debate-wise, Richardson won the first one I saw, in NH). ---

Was it just my imagination or did Hillary just mention that Bush agreed with her on the foreclosure freeze thing as if that’s proof that its a good plan? ---
