You don’t think every single person even remotely touching the campaign wasn’t signed to a LIFETIME non-disclosure agreement? That’s Trump’s SOP for his own employees. Signing a contract saying you will never say anything bad about him or what you did or Mr. Lawsuit will get you. ---

I think that the amount of money the publishing/media industry will be willing to throw at the first Trump defector will be so obscene that the threat of a breach of contract lawsuit won’t seem too bad of a risk. _Particularly_ to someone familiar with the Trump organization enough to know that his “best lawyers, the _best_” are probably underpaid hacks, too. ---

They’ve moved into angry self-parody. Reminds me of the 2006 federal election in Canada, when the Liberals were so upset by the surge of the Conservatives that they ran an advert in the dying days of the campaign that there would be tanks in the streets if the Conservatives won. Grainy black and white video of tanks, scary voice-over, etc. The advert was met by a mixture of amusement, disbelief, and ridicule. I think it influenced how people voted, but not the way the Liberals were hoping. ---
