This is excellent. By doing this early it converts the D’s vague concerns about Trump’s equally vague calls to mob action into an actual verifiable factual problem. And does it early enough there’s time for officialdom to react. Bigly and nationally. Election officials everywhere can now be on notice to ensure the vote is not tampered with by vigilantes harassing voters outside. Some of these folks might be surprised to learn that law and order works against them, not just against those “undesirables” they’re harrassing. ---

Apparently Hillary is a big Cubs fan. Wonder if that will have a slight effect on her popularity in the Cleveland area. Swing voters have switched loyalty from candidates for even more frivolous reasons, IIRC. ---

[This is pretty near the last thing the RNC wants](https://electionlawblog.org/?p=85289) since if connected to the GOP, it would violate a consent decree stemming from incidents of voter intimidation in 1982. The consent decree (set to expire next year) prohibits the GOP from conducting the sort of jiggery-pokery TD has in mind, and a violation would open the door to having it extended until 2025. Which means, of course, that it may be high on TD’s wish list. ---
