I’m wondering if, after he loses, Trump will use his new TV channel (or whatever it is) to do a Festivus _Airing of the Grievances_ that will last longer than Hanukkah. ---

I certainly don’t think so, but clearly Chaffetz and others feel like it’s giving them some separation from the stink. OTOH, it was also Republicans who have argued that things like a county clerk signing a marriage license for a same-sex marriage was tantamount to endorsing the idea of same-sex marriage, so there might be a little hypocrisy seen there. ---
