There has been a tightening over the past few days, but it’s very slight, and even if it continued to tighten at this rate until election day, she’d still win by a comfortable margin. People are already voting, and the vast majority of everyone else has made up their mind. There’s really not much left that can happen, and any big events are as likely to hurt Trump as to help him. ---

You know, if the Dems were really that corrupt, they’d ask the FBI to look into the emails of some of these persistent investigators, to see if any of them had classified information in their emails. After all, they are members of congress, government officers and they do have access to classified information. How do you Republicans feel about opening this investigation to including them? ---

From same link as above, CNBC The FBI is probing new emails related to Hillary Clinton, FBI Director James Comey said in a Friday letter. “In previous congressional testimony, I referred to the fact that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had completed its investigation of former Secretary Clinton’s personal email server. Due to recent developments, I am writing to supplement my previous testimony,” Comey wrote. “In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation. I am writing to inform you that the investigative team briefed me on this yesterday, and I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation,” he added. “Although the FBI cannot yet assess whether or not this material may be significant, and I cannot predict how long it will take us to complete this additional work, I believe it is important to update your Committees about our efforts in light of my previous testimony,” Things like this show people’s wishful biases. Hard to see how just “re-opening the investigation”, if that’s what they’re doing, has any significant effect. Sure, it doesn’t help, but whose opinion would this sway? I don’t think there’s anyone left that thinks Hillary is 100% honest and straight forward, and I don’t see how any conclusion could possibly be reached and put forward in the next 11 days. Can anyone check PredictIt (I can’t check it right now)? This morning, I believe Hillary was at about .80 and Trump at about .20; it’d be interesting to see if this news has changed it significantly.
