He also was a vet and a governor. But his time as governor should have tipped people off, because the exact weaknesses he had as governor crippled his Presidency. ---

[Huffpo has all the Trump&Russia-trails in one article](http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/donald-trump-russia_us_5817cb54e4b0990edc332a59). The latest one hit the press yeaterday, Monday 31 Oct. In short: economic ties between Trump and Russia ( in real estate) are very likely. And rather problematic if Trump would be elected. FBI _is_ investigating, contrary to denials from the Trump camp. No smoking gun has yet been found. My previous link saying that the Trump campaign was panicked over these new finds is wrong, as **adaher** said. ---

There are tons of economic ties between Clinton and the Arab oil states too. I don’t believe Trump and Clinton are equivalent, Clinton is clearly better, but on this particular issue they are actually the same. Actually, I’d give the edge to Trump on that one, since Trump didn’t get rich off Russia, he just has investments. Clinton is very dependent on the oil monarchies for income. ---

I’m not about to get into an argument over the distinction between the Clinton Foundation and the Clintons. IMO, there is none. It’s a slush fund for they and their friends’ benefit. ---
