Well, the first big revelation on that page doesn’t give me much confidence in his accuracy: “Folks: My tech experts said long ago the WSJ report on 650k was BS because it was impossible for that much data to be on a single laptop.” Even if each email was a megabyte long, which is extremely unlikely, that would make 650GB. I bought a fairly low-end laptop two years ago that has a 1 Terabyte drive. In other words, it is absolutely NOT impossible for that much data to be on a single laptop. ---

Oddly enough, while Clinton seems to actually have gained a little in the polls in the last two days, the generic Congressional vote has continued to trend towards the GOP: [http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/2016\_generic\_congressional\_vote-5279.html](http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/2016_generic_congressional_vote-5279.html) The Senate races had also been trending GOP and there’s no sign of that trend abating in the final days either. ---

In any case, it’ll be interesting to see if this election has any impact that is both immediate and long-term on the parties. Is it “back to business as usual” for the GOP or will they change their primary structure? Establishment looks like they are back to heeding the Trump-base (not necessarily the religious, here, for sure), but will this remain the same after the election if he loses? Even if he gets more votes than Romney? On the other side, how many of those betrayed Bernie supporters that are acting out now were actually democrats before (ones that reliably voted)? If they were that, instead of bandwagon-jumpers who wouldn’t have lasted anyway, it’s much more of a loss. ---

Based on Facebook memes over the weekend, the Trump campaign would have us believe the following re: who gets to share the stage with Donald: \* Donald is the most fascinating man in the world, and can fill stadiums with 10s of thousands of fervent supporters all by himself. However, it would be desirable to have someone else there to sing his praises as well. But this person shouldn’t be an A-list celebrity. While every celebrity in the world would give their eye teeth to be next to Donald, and hope that some of his aura rubs off on them, we can’t have Donald overshadowed. To see Hillary share the spotlight with the likes of Beyonce and LeBron James smacks of desperation – it’s the only way she can get people to show up at her pathetic rallies. Therefore, Donald needs someone who’s name is recognizable, but just barely. Someone like…Ted Nugent.\* I swear, they fall for this shit. ---
