Alex Jones is not mentally instable, its a carefully calculated act that he’s honed over the years to appeal to his base.

Seriously, do you have any idea how hard it is to destroy the planet? I don’t mean “destroy all life on the planet”, thats for pre-schoolers. No to actually cause the planet to cease to exist is a whole order of magnitude squared to the power of another thing.
We’re talking about god-like abilities here, take a look as these kind gentlemen have already done the math:

Trump Taj Mahal closes today, 3000 people lose jobs.

Now as far as I know Trump hasn’t had anything to do with running the place for a while now, but his name is still on it and I think he still owned a chunk of it. Anyway the timing is terrible, it’s horrible optics for him and yet another nail in the coffin to kill the idea that he’s an amazing businessman.
Seriously, what kind of knob can’t even run a casino profitably?

That may or may not be true, but he sells it like he means it, and I know some people I would have considered politically savvy, who having have been engulfed in the hate buzz that is reading Breitbart, have ended up on Infowars, and haven’t sensed anything strange or particularly over the top about his anti-Hillary diatribes.
