# CloD and \<snip\>

Ok What is a CLoD, some sort of insult, right?

And in quotes I see \<snip\>, does that mean its just a portion of the persons post or some sort of comment on the quote?

IIRC, Clueless Legions of Duh.

\<snip\> just means you are cutting out irrelevant parts of someone’s quote.

But it wouldn’t put it past some people to use it in a snippy fashion.
