# Clothesline, keep or remove?

So why did she make a blanket statement that electricity isn’t getting cheaper?
Hint: It’s gone down two years in a row.

Whoa…mighty fancy there. 😃
Skein of clothesline rope from the dollar store or leftover/used telephone wire from the telephone man (they’d sometimes give you what’s on the spool if it wasn’t enough for a long run). Run it through or around the pole and keep tying a knot until it’s big enough not to pull through or off. Repeat every few years as needed.

Yes it could probably hold a giant basket, great idea! Bird house, Wind chimes too. I could see someone hanging tye dye tapestries or a row of flags/buntings even a string of lights on the lines.
Locate a vintage outdoor glider and wrought iron side tables and It’s summer time!

Leave it. You never know when the dryer or electricity may go out and leave the tenant with a washer full of wet clothes! :eek:

Back in the old days, you could hang a toddler in one of those bouncy things while you gardened or hung up clothes.
