you might find derstandard.at useful (you can sidestep the Inland section that might not be too relevant for you) …

40% for their articles (whose qual. also has come down!) … but 60% for a really good and interesting community. They have one of the most interesting “web” and “wissenschaft” sections that I find in german languages, with semi-frequent deep-dives into android and IOS related stuff .
