Okay, I’ve got to ask here…
What the fuck was up with the thanking? Is this an interview with a reporter in a disaster area or is it a fucking acceptance speech for an Oscar?
Here’s a hint, sweetheart. If it’s not time to answer questions about why things are going badly and so little help is getting through, it is also NOT time to start thanking the people who made all this possible.
I have to ask, is this the same LA Senator who was standing next to the LA Governor on Tuesday? Because either that woman has some serious facial tics, was high on something, or just has no ability to hide her emotions. Every time the governor paused it looked like she was about to jump in and start talking. It was very weird to watch.

It was distracting as hell, too. Just because she seemed to be SO eager to say something that I thought for certain that she must have something VERY important to say.

Rescue animals are great. Dogs can do alot of noble things, even on their own.
BUT:
Do you really think that a mutt warned people in NO about the Hurricane? Is that what the meterorologists used?
Do you really think that having a large menagerie of different pets with different aggression levels towards people and other animals that are producing solid and liquid waste in an area that can’t even handle the liquids and solids produced by the human refugeees (or even the vast number of human refugees) is good thing?
Just FTR, I responded to Casey1505’s post before reading your warning. And my response on this PIT thread was to someone else who brought up the subject.
Nope. You still don’t get it. The subject I raised was one of personal loss, as experienced by a small child.
Your lack of respect for the object lost is completely beside the point, and a rude interjection.
