Damn. I hit “post” too early. Ol’ Ben hit this kid during warm-ups. On purpose. Because the kid was timing his pitches. So Ben chucked one, and hit the kid in the face. The kid lost some vision in one of his eyes, and, to the best of my knowledge, was being fairly heavily scouted for the majors, and is now out of baseball altogether. ---

Oddly, he/she/it spells all words completely correctly except for “you” and “your”. He/she/it has also poked his/her/its nose into the Peak Oil thread in GD, only to get it smacked with a rolled up newspaper. ---

What problems would these be? Seeing someone with special needs as a person who needs some help and learning how to deal with it? My son is left-handed, sometimes he writes letters and numbers backwards, should “normal” kids be kept away from him too? And you never answered my question about what you would have us do with these children. FFS, let’s have a whipround, and give this carrot a clue. ---
