# Cobra Kai... WOW!

I randomly saw a preview clip on Youtube for this series and decided to binge watch. WOW, they did a reboot/return just right…  
I had not even known it premiered last year and that it was Karate Kid over 30 years later. I’m not on season 2 yet that just came out and folks said it was even better than season 1!

And who would have thought we would now root for the original villain of the films?

Season 2 is fantastic. The whole thing is fantastic, actually. They got the vibe exactly right. It’s funny without mocking the source material, the characters are written well and are not cartoonish. People have complex motivations and are conflicted. And watching 53-year-old Zabka kicking people in the face is always amusing.
