**The Lux Fiat** _This one should be BEYOND elegant. It should create a certain Glow. And it must be simple enough not to make NY bartenders laugh at you when you order it_ 2 oz Gin 2 dashes Dry Vermouth 2 dashes Peychaud Bitters Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. (Angostura bitters may be substituted for the Peychaud’s.) ---

**The weirddave** _This one was fun_ 1 1/2 oz Scotch 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps 1 oz Blue Curacao 3 oz Grapefruit Juice 1/2 oz/ Lemon Juice Stir with ice and strain into a hurricane glass (or parfait glass) filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of star fruit. ---
