> Henry Fucking Kissinger. He has a nice big office for someone I thought was dead.

And he called for security. That was perfect.

> That would make sense. I was assuming they would just show Daft Punk performing the whole time, and that wouldn’t have been necessary.

Daft Punk doesn’t really. . . _do_ anything. I mean, they make great music, but it’s not like they are singing or dancing or anything. Hell, they are completely covered, wearing helmets all the time, too. So, it makes perfect sense that they would have to try to figure out how to make a Daft Punk “performance” interesting.

They’re basically glorified DJs and while that works for clubs or festivals, I’m not sure it’d be particularly notable on a TV show. Take, for example,[this video from the Grammy’s](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXusmagmJBA)of Kanye performing “Stronger”-- a Daft Punk song he sampled. Toward the end, Daft Punk comes out. Now, whether you like Kanye or hate him, it’s pretty clear which of the three here is really hyping the audience.

Greatest concert I’ve ever been to was Daft Punk live at Coachella.
