I have a torn meniscus cartilage in my right knee that will be scoped on Thursday. In the mean time, it’s been cold and damp the last few days, and I am in great pain.

I’ve heard people with arthritis mention that they can “feel the rain coming in my bones.”

What is it about the cold and humidity that causes injured joints to hurt so much?
