Coldie, is it true that the car insurance companies paid to have those short metal railings installed next to the canals because after the bars and clubs closed the kiddies had a hobby of pushing parked cars into the water and it was getting a bit out of control for the insurance companies? Is it true that a smart shop last summer was busted for selling fresh psilocybin (sp?) mushrooms and thus had to change their business-licence-type to that of a greengrocers? Who do you find more irritating as a genre the yank ot brit tourists? Should I start a van Meegeren fanclub page (the Vermeer faker)? (I know I should have put much of this in the ask-the-drunken-dutchman thread, but in the spirit of hijacking. . . ) ---

90G’s? Hmmmm. I don’t suppose you read about the guy in the US who locked his bike to a tree, everyday when he went to work, for 20 years & then one day recently the cops gave him a ticket for being not nice to a tree. Guy had to hug the tree every day for months…really. ---

Do the Netherlands really have a large “_Hell’s Angels_” following, or is the story I heard concerning a tombstone incorrect ?
