You rang? 🙂 I’m still alive! Just haven’t been keeping up with the SDMB as much as, say, a decade ago. Busy with life and other things. I suppose most people by now don’t have a clue who I am, which should be the natural order of things. But just for those who do remember me: **Heloise** and I are still happily married, and living just outside Amsterdam. No kids, two cats. We check the SDMB every now and then, but have sort of grown out of the habit. I guess old-timers from the 1999 days may understand how that works - 11 years is a long time, and a lot has changed. Maybe I’ll start an “Ask the former Moderator” thread or something. 😃 ---

Funny, I was just thinking about \*\*Coldfire \*\*the other day; nice to hear from you again. IIRC as a mod, you were fairly even handed. I, too, though not from 1999 post rarely, but I still lurk on occasion. ---

I wish I’d taken a picture of my diabetic ulcer when it was really big and nasty looking. Now it’s mostly healed up, and hardly looks gross at all. If I’d known he was still around, I’d have taken a pic for the ClogMod.
