# Colibri--How do you determine what is insulting?

Yes, I know, I know…I’m new to this site and I showed some of my extreme frustration…guess I’ll save it for HuffPost!! :o

Wondering though how you determine insults? This was posted on my thread…

That IS pretty insulting–especially considering my second post giving evidence of of a lot of poster’s assumptions. My question still stands and I DO want to have an answer(maybe I can get NASA to respond?).

**socalscot,** as moderators we don’t necessarily read every post in each thread. I did read your initial post, which resulted in me reminding you of the rule against political commentary in General Questions. However, I only skimmed through the subsequent posts and did not see that remark. No one else has reported it yet.

I agree it is insulting, and now that I have seen it I will remind that poster of GQ rules as well. However, in the future, the best way to get a moderator’s attention about a post you think breaks the rules is to report it by clicking on the small red triangle on the upper right of the post.

Not much I can do about getting NASA to respond to your question, however.😉
