Which of the other 70 teams will crack into the final group? What’s a reasonable number from the 50 listed that will actually be a Top 25 team? 25? 20? 15? Serious question. ---

As a Nebraska alum, I cannot wait for the Big Ten season. Why do I have to suffer with those pesky non-conference games first? Hurry up, October 1st at Wisconsin! And then Ohio State comes to Lincoln next week. And then trips to the Big House and Happy Valley. This is so exciting! And, heck, I don’t even know whether we’re in the Legends or Leaders. ---

Holy shit…Mississippi State blasted Memphis tonight, 59-14. I don’t remember the last time they scored 59 points in a single game. Seems like I remember seasons where they didn’t score that much. Granted, it’s Memphis and not Alabama, but a great start for the Bullydogs. Go STATE! ---
