This **wasn’t** a student getting goosed, so speculating on what we’d decide if it were is totally irrelevant. And what evidence do you have that there were any minors involved in this incident? The man identified by **NotMrKnowItAll** is Mark O’Donnell **Jr** , a student at University of Northern Colorado. If you wish to call him a racist, be my guest. The man identified in the OP is a student at Fort Lewis College, where the woman who assaulted him also works. It’s true he is also named Mark O’Donnell, but he’s not a “Jr.” and he attends a different college. Another notch in your rectal crown, King. ---
