This guy has every right to sue her in civil court, to press criminal charges for assault and battery, and any other legal remedy he’s entitled to. That, however, is not what he’s doing. He’s taking this incident, which didn’t occur on school property or have any relation to her job as an instructor or his status as a student, and _filing a formal complaint with her employer_. Basically, he’s going after her job, and he’s doing it for something completely unrelated to her job. I don’t blame her for wishing she’d kicked him in the balls, frankly. ---

And it is much more important to ensure that those entitled to vote can do so, than to cause the electoral system to grind to a halt in certain precincts due to largely unsupported allegations of persons voting illegitimately. ---
