I had heard of splooting because it’s what my new puppy does some of the time. I saw it with a somewhat different definition, though: lying with the back legs stretched out flat on both sides behind the body. I’ve seen this as a hot-weather sleeping position, but I’ve also seen other hot-weather sprawls that don’t have that somewhat odd looking leg position. In some dogs it can indicate hip dysplasia, but it’s apparently moderately common in young dogs even if they don’t have hip problems.

Quiet quitting, doing no more than one is contractually obligated to do is more accurately defined as “acting your wage”.
