There seem to be some Dopers here in the Denver Colorado area (me, techchich68, Bricker, etc.). Perhaps we should get together and do something fun? We’d make a hell of a TNT team! * * * No matter where you go, there you are. ---

Lexicon is scheduled to move up to C Springs pretty soon (by the end of the month). I am sure he would be glad to participate. Maybe he, his girlfriend and I can “carpool” to Denver. Any cool places open up lately? I haven’t lived in the Metro area since Aug of 98, and have only been up there for football and baseball games. ---

I get this feeling that there may be more Colorado dopers than any other variety. I’m here in east Denver by Univ. Hospital. Let’s do a bump-a-thon to pull in all the CO dopers. ---

I know! There is, after all, a way I can attend at least for a bit: Someone bring a laptop and get on the Internet at a prearranged time, and I can join through ICQ or AIM, or some other chat spot. If no one has a Net-enabled laptop, is there a cyber-cafe in Denver (or wherever you’re all meeting)? Of course, what I REALLY want to do is show up in person, because even with DSL I don’t think I have enough bandwidth to reach through the wires and pat the Commander on the fanny. 😃 Unfortunately, I can think of no plausible excuse to up and fly to CO on a moment’s notice by myself. Don’t listen to techchick68… I invited her out when I was up there looking for an apartment. She dissed me, said she was tired and such. I felt no love. Heh heh heh. You know what? I would love to go to a doper debauch, that would rule. I think it would be cool to meet SingleDad as he and I kind of hit it off in the Pit that one time. Strangely enough, I think it was in a thread that techchick started. Hmmmmmmm. Oh yeah, and if singledad is single, then mayhap we can hook them up. heh heh. And don’t get me started about hanging out with Bricker. If he actually looks like MacGuyver in addition to sounding like him here, I will flip my lid. And I am pretty cool, too, so you folks would like my company, I can assure you. 😉 So, by all means, let us coordinate a Denver Doper Debauch. I think it would rule. Now if only we could import Valerie Blaise Mega the Roo, Glitch, Coldfire, Wally, Christi, and SwimmingRiddles to hang out with us. And anyone else who is cool that I forgot.
