Today I was responding to your vote on me and was going to mention my thouhts on your towniness (as the reason why I wasn’t going to OMGUS vote you)but then decided to claim instead. If **Tom** is lynched toDay, I’ll still have just 3 useful reads tomorrow and that would require my survival tonight, After the question to **Story** this morning - I think the first and only time I mentioned “cop” - I thought I may have exposed myself and, given his reasoning that **Zeriel** could have been the Cop due to his early vote, I felt they could draw the same conclusion about me… ---

read the fracking rules Town Cop: Win Condition: You win when all Scum and the SK are dead. Power: Each Night, you may PM us the name of one player to investigate. Unless you are blocked, at the start of the following Day, if you survive, you will be told the alignment (i.e., Town or Scum or Neither) of the player you chose to investigate. The exception is that if you investigate the Alpha Scum, you will be told that player is “Town” **EACH NIGHT** oh for fucks sake. ---

There have been 4 nights, and Guiri has given 4 results. One of them is useless because Diver was killed. The math adds up for me. ---

I have no idea what to think now. I thought **Guiri** was Town before, so I’m going to take the claim at face value, for now, with a reevaluation if **Tom** turns up Scum. That having been said, I’m not sure if I should unvote **Tom** here. I really do think he’s Scum, but with the Town result, he could only be the Godfather if **Guiri** is telling the truth. Of course, if he’s NOT telling the truth, he’s doing it to protect a high-profile Scum role, so we have two-for-one. If **Tom** is Town, I don’t see any reason why **Guiri** would be lying. That having said, there’s NO WAY the Scum keeps **Guiri** alive overnight if he’s telling the truth, so I suppose the question of whether he’s telling the truth will be answered soon enough, without risking killing a potentially confirmed Town to do it. **unvote Tom** **vote Storyteller** ---

I’m pretty certain Guiri’s claim is genuine, I can’t see it as being workable if he is scum. He would either get counter-claimed, or die after we lynch Nanook if he is the real cop. The late claim has put us in a bit of a hole, but that’s town’s fault (including mine) for getting our votes down late yet again. The swing to Tom happened while I was typing up my big post today. **@Peeker** - I don’t think your singleton vote on MHaye is achieving much. The clock is ticking, and we may have to think about tactical votes to avoid a Tom lynch. For me, Tom’s play is not consistant with a godfather. I’ll be around for a couple more hours, but will miss the end of the day. ---

Sorry, I thought it made sense. My choice of investigation from Day 1 was **USC** , I PMed the Mods on Night 1 and got a result on Day 2 - Town. Day 2 I decided to choose **Tom** , PMed the Mods on Night 2… Day 3 I decided to choose **MHaye** … Day 4 I… Maybe I could have said “Night 1” or even “Day 2” for my result on **USC** and so on, sorry. My first result is now useless as **USC** was killed and so I can only communicate 3 useful results. If I hadn’t claimed _and_ **Tom** got lynched tonight _and_ I managed to survive a NK _and_ was not blocked, I’d still only have 3 useful results ( **MHaye** , **Alka** and whoever I chose for tonight) and so I decided to claim now. ---
