I just saw it too, **Dooku**. And you’re absolutely right. In fact, there is a news article that agrees with you… it’s an op ed… and I would be able to find it if the madonnamad board wasn’t down, which it is. I tried googling, but no luck. Anyway, it said that the Hilton parents should be proud of Paris, because she is acting just the way they raised her to - fame through infamy. The author says mom and pop should have bought them soccer uniforms when they were 14, instead of miniskirts. ---

Re: rape due to intoxicaton… In some states, the legal definition of rape includes the rapist being a person who is part of a sex act who isn’t intoxicated while the other is. So, depending upon the laws of the area where this was taped, it could _technically_ be called rape, but I personally wouldn’t call it anything more than an ex trying to get a little revenge and make a little money in the process. Either label for the case makes it a slimeball occurrence. So, erm, since this has happened in addition to Pam and Tommy’s video being released through the internet… is anyone actually seriously thinking that making home movies with your lover is a good idea anymore? ::rolls eyes:: ---
