I think we have about three different threads going here; I’ve never witnessed such a mish-mosh of clashing interpretations.

I understood the words “nights in white satin…never reaching the end…blah blah blah”

However I thought it was KNIGHTS, not nights. So I was picturing some klansman looking dudes riding horses on a really long journey.

And then there was that whole “you CAN touch this” debacle that caused me to loose my teaching liscense.
