I’d never heard the Save Ferris version before, and it’s very good, but I prefer the original. I love the middle eight. It’s also got the advantage of lots of memories of everyone dancing like crazy and the bit where it builds up from the middle eight to the fairly frantic last stanzas.

There is a better mashup where instead of Public Enemy’s “Bring the Noise” it’s LL Cool J’s “Mama Said Knock You Out”.

I like ska covers, but I voted “either” because ska is such a different type of music from the original, it might as well be a completely different song.

I like that one too, but don’t think it flows as nicely. To each their own.
