I really don’t think it’s a big deal. Just a country rube doing what we’d expect a country rube to do. I wouldn’t be suprised if a six of Lone Star were somehow involved. The only part of it that I find disconcerting is that he was firing _across the road_, kind of a no-no in hunting and gun-safety circles. Will the NRA take a stand against Mr. Mattlage? Slow news day. ---

Thanks QT. I was lame and accidentally hit send before I posted the link. That was stupid, but that’s California stupid. Not Texas stupid in which you actually own a gun, and fucking fire it! If you actually see this guy on the news, it is so shocking to see how ignorant, stupid, and ill-spoken he is, and he lives next door to the president. ---
