If they can’t get the demon out the next best thing is to cure it of its homosexuality. (Show it hot pictures of naked demonesses perhaps?). Then the kid may still be possessed but he’ll be possessed by a _straight_ demon and that looks so much better to the neighbours. ---

But something other than a demon could also say it was a demon under those circumstances, so having something that says it’s a demon doesn’t tell you much. If we show naked pictures of ourselves to people who aren’t turned on by older, overweight people, maybe they eventually will be if we show them enough of those pictures, no? ---

What happened is the kid showed the video to a counselor of some type in his gay youth support group. That counselor considered herself obligated to file a report of suspected abuse with the Child Welfare department. The counselor is probably a “mandatory reporter”–many people that regularly deal with children are. A “mandatory reporter” has very little discretion. If they see something that reasonably appears to be child abuse, they are required by law to promptly file a report with the appropriate agency. The agency then conducts an investigation, at least in theory, and has the power to remove the child from that situation and take further actions. ---
