I can’t believe she hasn’t been mentioned yet:
Wanda Sykes.
I haven’t seen her on anything except the 2003 Emmies. As much as I hate some of the scripted jokes most people use, she needed a script.

She actually wasn’t bad on her brief stint on the Drew Carey show, but there she stuck to the material instead of lapsing into her incredibly original “loud black woman” schtick.
