Saw it from a park with a clear north-western horizon here in Toronto last Friday evening, but had to use binoculars to confirm. The park is down close to Lake Ontario, so the lights of most of the city were washing out the lower skies a lot. Neowise has decreased in brightness quite a bit now, so that may be my one and only viewing. We have had cloudy nights every day since, although tonight is looking like another maybe.

If you mean down near the bottom, just above the trees, I did some dodging there in Photoshop. Though it does look a bit artificial, it’s still better than how it was originally.
It actually looks pretty cool - like you took the photo from Chernobyl.
