Wow. After reading the whole memo, I don’t think you’ve characterized this accurately. The memo basically lays out the reasoning as: 1. the decision was not Comey’s to make 2. he shouldn’t have publicized his recommendation on that front It’s _not_ saying that he made the wrong decision in recommending against prosecution, which is how your post came across to me. ---
