What’s the name of the comics website where the guy typically draws a strip by taking one image, reproducing it 3 or 4 times in the strip and adding different texts bubbles in each one?

Thanks for the suggestions but that’s not it. I think the guy uses stock drawings but I’m not sure. Nothing is added to the images except the text.
One joke involves a child pointing out to another that the spelling of “electrician” can be remembered by thinking of “electric Ian the electrician” and then the other kid replies that it also works with “therapist”.
