That Smirnoff ad was hilarious!

Curse you, **CalMeacham**! I wanted to post those Freberg commercials!

But you missed the Freberg/Bradbury prunes commercial. It wasn’t indexed under Freberg. HA! 🙂

And here’s Ernie Kovacs’ commercial for Dutch Masters cigars.

Another Freberg commercial, related to one of Cecil’s recent columns. 🙂

I’m not a big slapstick fan, but for some reason in commercials a well-done bit of physical comedy will crack me up every time. My two favorites are on older [Volkswagon Jetta ad](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gA6EL0FPZHA), adn a more recent one for [Ford Sync](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1WkTxNb7rY). Obviously they’re all stunts, but they are really well done.

Read the post again – I mentioned Sunsweet prunes ads, but couldn’t find them.
Actualy, I was unaware that he’d done one with Bradbury – he was responsible for another Sunsweet pitted prune ad that I thought far funnier, and which doesn’t seem to be on YouTube (as I said).

(I couldn’t find the “I’m calling for backup…NO, DON’T BACK UP!” one on youtube).

I liked the Ryan Miller [Amp Energy Drink](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=02ftwn6SCkQ) commercial.
