I dont hate the “I’m 84 and I wanna go home” commercials - largely because of “they call me DJ Nana.” I used to rave and seeing a little old lady dop sick beats would make me oh so happy. Maybe in my old age I shall be DJ Nana. ---

I normally don’t pay much attention to commercials when they are showing, but the new Progressive [Big Jim](https://youtu.be/sXYA89Axqoc) commercial is a hoot. I like it when the animation fades out and we see Jamie is imagining it in his head as he sings the ending very off-key. Then he meekly gets on the phone looking for someone to help him. I like it! ---

Group Session - Progressive Insurance. People in a group therapy session who are ‘turning into their parents’. (‘Why is the door open, are we trying to air condition the whole neighborhood?’ ) - makes me laugh every time! It kind of reminds me of the Simpsons episode where men went to ‘Dad Camp’ to learn how to play catch, teach a kid to ride a bike, and other dad-type things. ---

I recently saw [this](https://www.ispot.tv/ad/ddHB/oxiclean-with-odor-blasters-dear-oxiclean-farm-life) commercial for Oxi Clean, with a lady who lives on a farm with horses and two dobies! That’s me! Well, sort of. We have a farm with two ponies and two dobes and I do laundry. I even have some Oxi Clean already, but I can go buy more. ---
