A common story concept with no specific term of its own “revenge killing” or other other “oath to exact revenge” like the babylon5 narn term “shankar”

The sound is called a “[squee](http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Squee)”, and the action of emitting the sound is “squeeing”.
