[aside] My university’s game room had what was apparently one of the first air hockey tables ever installed, in late August or early September of 1972. One of the advantages of living in a college town in the Chicago area, home of Brunswick, Gottlieb, Midway, and Bally, was that we got the newest games first. [/aside]
