Was the opening a tribute to the “Wild Wild West” (TV show) opening or a movie? Did “Fistful of Dollars” open the same way? That was a really great episode. I cannot wait until next week. ---

When the card nicknames were shown and Pierce didn’t get one (and before their significance was explained) I was kind of expecting the big reveal to be that he set up the whole contest and was, thus, the Joker of the deck. And if they make another Lara Croft movie, forget Angelina Jolie - I want Annie in there… ---

The cards they turned over matched the nicknames. Wasn’t Annie the Queen of Hearts? That means she voted Pierce out. ---

I can’t remember Annie’s nickname, but assuming it was the Queen of Hearts, she would have been the sole vote to retain him. (And that fits, as she’s the last one to be sympathetic towards him.) ---

It’s not the best way to run a blackball vote, but it is convenient. It depends how they set it up. ---
