Annie gave him some good advice in the family day episode and their moment in the sexual round-robin around the study room desk seemed to be played less for laughs than any of the other glances. Also, I think that they’ve been setting up this relationship since the episode that Annie and Vaughan hooked up. Jeff himself described Vaughan as a “gateway douchebag” allowing creeps like Starburns to see her as an option. We also saw that Starburns saw Jeff in a similar fashion. So yeah, **MyFootsZZZ** , he’s a slut, but he’s a slut we’re supposed to root for. ---

I don’t think he’s a slut. He turned down sex at least once and turned down Pierce’s daughter after she revealed she was using Pierce. I think he also turned down Pierce’s hooker in that episode. ---

(1. Hi. 2. Hello. 3. How are you?) I thought this was an excellent episode. Very funny. The blatant finale/prom references were great. I’m on Team Britta. Real life is 3 weeks after New Years. The look on her face in the restroom when Shirley figured out she had slept with Jeff was priceless. Goof of the week: In the opening in the study room, a notebook disappears and reappears in front of Britta. Also, later when Britta gets up from the couch, she grabs her stuff off the couch next to her and it was clearly empty before that. I’ll leave Jeff’s description of the cookie size as 60" as mere exaggeration. (Better stop before someone accuses me of being weird for noticing such things.) Garrett appeared again. His 6th appearance. It’s called chillaxin’. (In the discussion on “Modern Warfare”, some people wondered if his voice was supposed to reference something. Nope, that’s just Garrett.) Señor Chang of course carries a roll of quarters around. Michelle is described as looking very _Fatal Attraction_ which intrigues me. Her last major multi-episode role was on _Grey’s Anatomy_ and many describe her eventual fate there as being _Fatal Attraction_-like. See [this Wikipedia episode article](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dream_a_Little_Dream_of_Me_(Grey's_Anatomy)). (Under “2nd part”, 2nd paragraph.) They can’t have deliberately thrown in that reference, can they? (1. Bye. 2. See ya. 3. Later dudes.) ---

I’m on Team Annie as well. Possibly because the age difference just makes it all the hotter–it’s not really _wrong_ but it kinda is a little bit. I do like that they offer both Britta and Slater has genuine possibilities. Usually in sitcoms, they don’t bother making the 3rd person in the triangle remotely interesting/viable. Ultimately, though, I don’t think either are a good option for Jeff. Annie actually makes him a better man. She’s the one who’s prompted the biggest changes from him in the season and appeals to what remains of his integrity. I don’t think he was really happy with Slater, and Britta is to him as Duffy is to Liz Lemon. They have a weird connection but they aren’t really good for each other. ---

I don’t think Jeff is a slut mainly because he’s a guy and I don’t buy into the PC myth that men and women approach sex in the same way or with the same attitude. ---
