Are you asking for a link to get in touch with eBay itself? If so, there is a “Contact Us” hyperlink. On eBay Canada, [this](http://pages.ebay.ca/help/contact_inline/index.html) is the link.

Of course, there’s no guarantee they’ll give a useful response. I imagine they get hundreds of complaints and queries every day.

An email to customer support will usually result in a canned response and a “thank you” for making them aware of the problem.
