I get a start program error when I boot up.

The SYSTRAY.PYD file is linked to missing export PRPLPMGR.DLL PopUpMgrGetStaticWhiteListVersion

This is related to the fact that I cannot install/run wnaccel410

I have down loaded the program, but when I try to run it I get:

C:\PROGRA~1\AT&TWO~1\TRAYCTL.EXE
A device attached to the system is not functioning

Any advice?

Is AT&T or EarthLink your current ISP?

AT&T

I think I will need to get a new install disk…mine is 6.2 and about 6 years old.

Yes, try uninstalling and reinstalling the AT&T software. You can download it [here](http://download.att.net/download/existing.html). Also uninstall the web accelerator and reinstall from [here](http://www.att.net/features/accelerator/) if you want to keep using it.
