Yeah, I always wonder why people suspect racism when immigrants are called invaders and characterized as coming to _take_ your nice house from you. :rolleyes: Someone who uses terms a hair’s breadth away from racism, I have no problem believing they’re racists. Of course, YOU won’t be able just “digest that fact” without a noxious belch, I’m sure. ---

Doesn’t any sort of lottery basically mean we are coin flipping on whether or not to allow someone. Is that really reasonable? You want to set up a both at the border where hopeful immigrants get to walk up and then flip a coin to see whether to let them in? “It’s tails… Sorry Armando, better luck again next year!” Isn’t that like using a magic 8-ball to make your decisions for you? ---
